Bobby Picardo

Currently the Associate Head Coach at Catholic University, Coach Bobby Picardo serves as hitting coach and leads their recruiting efforts. In 2015 the Cardinals claimed a conference championship earning a bid to the NCAA tournament. BP played at Catholic from 2005-2009 captaining two conference championship squads. Coach Picardo then spent three seasons working in Minor League Baseball for the Trenton Thunder, AA affiliate of the Yankees. Here he oversaw all little league camps and programs. The Atlantic Highlands, NJ native played high school baseball for Middletown South, garnering American Legion All County Honors. He later served as hitting coach for the Eagles from 2010-2012, a run that feature both a county and state title. This season Picardo will lead the College Eagles in their second season.

Robin Mowatt

Born and raised in Rockville, Maryland, Coach Robin Mowatt played his high school ball at Walter Johnson HS where he earned All-Gazette honors twice.  Staying in the area for his college career at CUA, he became a 4-year starter on the mound, 3-year captain and all-conference pitcher, helping the Cardinals to a conference championship and their first NCAA Regional.  Robin graduated in 2014 with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and works for an engineering firm in Rockville.  This summer will be Robin’s second season with BBA, guiding the College Summer Team as an assistant coach.
